Production Process:

Step 1: The welded pipe is cut to the desired length by a sawing machine according to the customer's requirements.

Step 2: The ground screw is placed in a high-frequency heating machine to soften the metal and shape it accordingly.

Step 3: The diameter and shape of the ground screw are adjusted to the required size by using a shrinkage machine.

Step 4: A punching machine is used to create holes or other necessary modifications in the ground screw.

Step 5: An automatic welding machine is used to weld the spiral blade of the ground screw.

Step 6: The final stage involves surface treatment, which includes acid picking and hot dip galvanizing to provide protection against rust and corrosion.
